PhD Seminars

For the duration of the Doctoral Programme students will be required to attend and actively participate in a regular postgraduate seminar series, to present and discuss their work-in-progress with fellow students and their supervisors as well as for furthering dialogue on relevant sustainability issues and problems. Together with the co-supervisory team meetings between individual students and their supervisors, these regular PhD seminars form the backbone of the Doctoral Programme. Through critical reflection, questioning, listening and understanding, the seminars afford students with the unique opportunity of learning beyond disciplinary boundaries. The PhD seminars are also used from time to time to invite guest speakers to engage with students on relevant sustainability related topics and themes.
